"We're From Whore Island" Wins! The first Abbey Quiz of 2008 was won by the obnoxiously named team, which also won the Champion Round (and got 2 perfect scores, to boot). Second place was Tony Romo for Prez, while the Jackson 5 came in 3rd.

Minute Monkeys Win!
In our first Pub Quiz of 2008, the Minute Monkeys won!
In 2nd place was Charley Likes to Salsa, with the Jackson 5 in 3rd.
But both the 2nd and 3rd place team tied for the Champion round, and got a perfect score on a round, which means in the Pub Quiz League Standings, we have a three way tie for 1st:

Fall Pub Quiz Schedule
Pub Quizzes are held twice a month at Scholars Lounge Pub (right off of Piazza Venezia, at Via del Plebiscito, 101/b), and once a month a Abbey Theatre Pub (Via Governo Vecchio 51,53 near P.za Navona.) They are always on a Monday, and begin at 8 pm.
The dates for the Scholar's Lounge Pub Quiz are January 21st (full), February 11 and 15, March 3 and 31, April 14 and 28, May 12 and 26.
The dates for the Abbey Theatre Pub are January 28, February 18, March 10, April 21, May 19.
